發想自四川水煮牛,先減低辣油與辣度至更平易近人,再採用主廚自製豆瓣醬與川椒、八角等密製香料為底,將軟化的雪花肥牛片燙至7分熟,把燒熱花椒油澆淋至細蔥上,香辣香味瞬間充斥鼻腔!最後壓軸,是在食至最終,已吸飽醬汁的板豆腐,鹹、香、辣的滋味無窮。

解凍方法:放置於冷藏約8小時或沖水解凍約15-20分鐘。 

調理方式
瓦斯加熱:將解凍後之水煮牛倒入鍋中加熱至沸騰即可食用。
電鍋加熱:放入電鍋,外鍋兩杯水至跳起即可。
